The website clarovisa.eu, operated by Determinant s.r.o. under the trade name CLARO VISA, uses cookies to support technical browsing and to process bookings and payments securely, in accordance with Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy) and the GDPR (EU) 2016/679.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in the browser of the user’s device when they visit it. They make it possible to remember the user’s actions, keep sessions active and enable technical features such as contact forms, booking or secure payment.

2. Cookies we currently use

2.1. Technical or strictly necessary cookies

These are essential for the site to work: processing sign-up forms (Brevo), checking that you are not a bot (Google reCAPTCHA), booking a session (Calendly, only when you open the booking window) and processing secure payments (Stripe). Under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, your prior consent is not required for these cookies, as they are essential to provide the service you request.

2.2. Analytics and marketing cookies

This site uses the following measurement tools:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.): aggregated statistics on site usage — pages visited, traffic sources and the performance of our campaigns.
• Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.): measuring the effectiveness of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and building advertising audiences.

When they are activated depends on your location, detected automatically from your device’s time zone settings, without storing it or linking it to your identity:

• European Union, European Economic Area and United Kingdom: these cookies are not set until you click “Accept” in the consent banner. If you choose “Essential only”, the site works normally and none of these tools is loaded. If we cannot determine your location, we apply this same regime as a precaution.
• All other countries: outside the European Economic Area, the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive do not require prior express consent for measurement cookies such as these, so they are activated automatically when you browse the site, without an additional click. As in the EU, you can disable them at any time in your browser settings (see section 3).

You can change your decision at any time by deleting the cookies and site data in your browser (see section 3); if you are in the EU, the EEA or the UK, the banner will be shown again.
